In its essence the cooking, presentation and enjoyment of food, and as a consequence fine dining is more an exploration of a culture of taste and conviviality. At The Point guests will find plenty of both. Our personal preferences consist of fusion food that combines elements of different culinary traditions in the countries where we have lived in, one in which the influences of Europe and indigenous traditions are besides prominent and the subtle flavours of Kerala laced with coconut in varied forms and a splendid variety of spices, meats, fish and vegetables.

Our kitchen is the state of the art and impeccably adheres to the standards of hygiene followed in the best hotels around the world. We try to ensure that most of our ingredients are grown organically in our gardens and also source fresh produce from the best vendors.
